WELCOME TO TDP LEADERSHIP BLUEPRINT

Leadership Blueprint is an 8-week leadership development experience designed to help you grow spiritually, personally, and practically as a leader. Throughout this journey, you will discover how God has uniquely equipped you to lead, strengthen your character, develop practical leadership skills, and learn how to multiply the vision entrusted to you.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

HOW THE COURSE WORKS

Each week follows a simple rhythm designed to help you learn, apply, and grow.

COURSE EXPECTATIONS

Leadership requires commitment. To successfully complete TDP Leadership Blueprint, every participant is expected to:

• Attend and actively participate in the weekly online sessions.

• Arrive prepared and on time.

• Complete all eight sessions.

• Complete all required assignments and leadership challenges.

• Engage honestly in personal reflection and self-evaluation.

• Demonstrate a teachable spirit and willingness to grow.

• Apply what is being learned within your area of ministry.

• Honor confidentiality when personal or ministry matters are discussed.

• Complete the final Leadership Blueprint requirements.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

To successfully complete TDP Leadership Blueprint and receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must complete all required sessions, assignments, reflections, and the final Leadership Blueprint assessment.

THE LEADERSHIP COMMITMENT

Before beginning TDP Leadership Blueprint, every participant is asked to make a personal commitment—not simply to complete a course, but to allow God to develop them as a leader.

I understand that leadership is not simply about position, title, or recognition—it is about serving God, serving people, and faithfully stewarding what God has placed in my hands.
